REFUND POLICY: All refund requests must be sent directly to the Executive Director Jessica Harrie, EDO@clarinet.org. Requests made on the following dates will receive a percentage of the paid registration price:
By May 1, 2026 - 100% refund
By June 1, 2026 - 50% refund
After June 1, 2026, we will be unable to issue refunds for merchandise.
All merchandise must be picked up in person at ClarinetFest® 2026 in Incheon, South Korea. We are unable to ship out unclaimed items.
